Description
Cross-Cultural Solutions is a non-profit organization that offers volunteer and internship opportunities. Interns work at the community level to meet learning objectives that are developed prior to departure. Housing, meals, and cultural activities are included in the program fee.
Internship Placements
Placements are in health, education, and social services. Examples of placements include:
- Working with people affected by HIV/AIDS
- Teaching English
- Women's empowerment
- Special education
- Public Health
- Community Development

Cross-Cultural Solutions International Internship & Volunteer Fellowship: University of Minnesota students are eligible for a $455 fellowship.
The fellowship is not need or merit-based. University of Minnesota students who apply through the Learning Abroad Center will receive the fellowship while funds last.
